凱茵化工訊 記者從內蒙古自治區辦公廳和科技廳等部門舉行的發布會上獲悉,我國S條稀土硫化物著色劑連續化隧道窯生產線在內蒙古包頭市建成,并實現產業化,年產值預計將超過百億元。

2016年年底,中科院包頭稀土研發中心研發出稀土硫化物著色劑連續化隧道窯生產線,并生產出S批硫化鈰紅色著色劑。經過1亨斯邁金屬絡合染料宜和侖黑P年多反復試驗,該生產線已實現連續化、規模化穩定運行。

今年11月,包頭稀土研發中心與北京一家企業簽訂技術轉讓協議,獲得了10億元投資,用于建設5萬噸/年稀土硫化鈰著色劑生產線。數據顯示, 全Q年需求高檔紅色顏料達79萬噸,包頭市5萬噸生產線全面投產后,產值預計將超過百億元。

內蒙古自治區科技廳廳長李秉榮表示,該項目的產業化,將會全面改善稀土資源的平衡利用,形成稀土產業新的增長點。同時,該項目已為內蒙古培養了20多名高科技人才。

該項產業化成果得益于內蒙古實施的科技重大專項。2012年底,內蒙古自治區啟動實施了科技重大專項,重點支持新能源、新材料、大數據、生物科技、現代農牧業等重點發展產業領域。目前,累計實施項目400多項,資金投入達80多億元。

Output is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan.

At the end of 2016, the Baotou Rare Earth Research and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences developed a continuous production line of rare earth sulphide colorant tunnel kilns and produced the first batch of cerium sulfide red colorants. After more than one year of repeated testing, the production line has achieved continuous, large-scale and stable operation.

In November, Baotou Rare Earth R & D Center signed a technology transfer agreement with a Beijing-based enterprise and obtained a 1 billion yuan investment for the construction of 50,000 tons of rare earth cerium sulfide colorant production line. Data show that the global demand for high-grade red pigment up to 790,000 tons, Baotou 50,000 tons production line fully operational, the output value is expected to more than 10 billion yuan. Li Bingrong, director of Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Department, said that the industrialization of the project will comprehensively improve the balanced utilization of rare earth resources and form a new growth point for rare earth industry. At the same time, the project has trained more than 20 high-tech talents in Inner Mongolia.

This industrialization benefitted from the major scientific and technological projects implemented in Inner Mongolia. By the end of 2012, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region started the implementation of major science and technology projects, focusing on key development industries such as new energy, new materials, big data, biotechnology and modern agriculture and animal husbandry. At present, a total of more than 400 projects have been implemented and the capital investment reaches more than 8 billion yuan.
